Welcome to The Gilded Bam. By accessing our website, purchasing our classes, or participating in our events, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

• Booking: All seats for our masterclasses and sessions are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Your spot is only guaranteed once full payment is received.
• Pricing: Prices for classes, retail, and memberships are subject to change without notice.

Because our classes require venue coordination, custom materials, and have limited seating, we enforce a strict booking policy:

• No Refunds: All registration sales are final. If you cannot attend, refunds will not be issued.
• Transfers: If you cannot make a scheduled class, you may transfer your seat to a friend, provided you notify us via email at least 24 hours before the event starts.

• Somerby Events: Our classes are hosted at Somerby. Participants must respect the host venue's policies. Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.
• Right to Refuse Service: The Gilded Bam is a high-vibe, sophisticated, and respectful social learning environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a class or terminate a membership without a refund if their behavior is disruptive or inappropriate.

• All curriculum, teaching methods, digital content, website copy, graphics, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of The Gilded Bam.
• You may not record our classes, reproduce our instructional materials, or use our branding for commercial purposes or unauthorized teaching without express written permission.

• The Gilded Bam provides premium Mahjong instruction and social events. While we curate a safe and premium environment, we are not liable for any personal injury, property loss, or damage incurred while attending our sessions at host venues.
• Alcohol may be available for purchase or provided at certain events. Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol, and we expect all participants to drink responsibly.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota.
